PPC Policy: - We do not permit use of the terms Positivebakes.com, Positive Bakes, Positive Kitchen, www.positivebakes, www.positivebakes.com, or any variation or misspelling to be used in PPC marketing in the form of phrase, broad, or exact matches. We request that you add each of these as negative exact match terms to your paid search account(s).
PPC Discount Code Policy: - PPC Voucher terms such as Positive Bakes Voucher Code or any variation or misspelling are not permitted unless authorised. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this further.
Discount Code/Loyalty/Cashback sites Policy: - We do not currently work with Discount Code or Promo sites, any affiliates found to be promoting Positive Bakes via these sites will be considered to be breaching our terms & conditions and removed from the program immediately unless a prior agreement is in place.
Voucher Codes Policy: - Only voucher codes listed within the AWIN affiliate system themselves will be guaranteed as being eligible for customer commission. Unless otherwise specified voucher codes are to be used by new customers only and are not valid with any other offers. Affiliates are encouraged to reach out for exclusive voucher codes. Social Media Policy: - Affiliates are not allowed to register the brand Positive Bakes or any variation of it on any social media platform. This includes and does not limit to brand + generic word or sentence as well generic word or sentence + brand. Affiliates must not post on any official Positive Bakes social media platform in order to attempt to drive visitors to their webpage. Positive Bakes social media platforms include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tiktok.
OTHER:
Social Content Creators: - All affiliate content on social media must be ASA compliant, read the ASA Guide here. If you wish to use affiliate links within your Instagram Stories and other social channels, use #ad as a valid identifier to be ASA compliant.
Awin has a one-page website - Paid for Advertising - which explains how free content can have a commercial relationship attached to it. Tools: -We take care of the tracking portion through our third-party online network Awin. This network tracks sales, earnings and commissions and gives affiliates access to our banners and text links.
De-Duplication Transparency: - Positive Bakes de-duplicates affiliate sales vs all other channels on a last click basis. Only sales tracked via the AWIN platform on a last click basis are eligible to be commissioned.
